I am starting this blog to refect upon the eventful year that was 2010 and to set myself some targets for 2011. The aim right now is to update this blog periodically to keep track of where I am with respect to my targets and to reflect upon the journey itself through 2011.

What do you do..
What do you do when you keep failing at the only thing that you really thought gives you happiness?
What do you do when you fail at the only thing that really matters to you?
How can you possibly be bad at something you love so much?
You just fight for what is yours. You just try harder and push yourself forever. You just know that failure is not an option.

So January Ends..
1. 6-pack is progressing surprisingly nicely. Got to keep up the intensity. The diet program was a valuable addition. Should get to target weight in 2-3 weeks.
2.Got to get a move on at work. Too much politics and people trying to back stab. Its important to be ruthless and consistent and more importantly, deliver results of the highest quality. I’ve got to start somewhere for this to happen. Lets say its Feb 1.
3.I’ve started thinking about jobs. Got to slowly start preparing. There was a job I was slightly interested in. Got to give it a shot just to see how that goes. Stop procrastinating. Success doesn’t wait for anyone.
4.Fitness is improving significantly. February may be the last month I can improve my fitness considerably. From March, practices may begin which would mean fitness improvement sessions would become tedious.
5.I am contemplating if an India trip is needed at all. Perhaps I should just go ahead with it.
6. Got to be more persuasive and must loose inhibitions. Things can be made to happen. Dare to dream.
7. This is another thing I have been procrastinating forever. Made some significant strides. Got to give the test and get this done ASAP.
8. MBA option is somewhere out there. I have been thinking long and hard about it. But got to change jobs first.
9.Community service hasn’t taken off at all. No time.
Overall, January wasn’t a bad month at all. I wasn’t as aggressive in attaining my goals as I should have been but I did make consistent progress. So that’s a big positive. Got to keep the good work going.

The First Week
1. Project 6-pack was right on track. It gets really boring at times but got to push through this. The motivation is very much there. So no issues here. The big picture will always help.
2. Nothing changed at work though. Time to get a move on before it gets really difficult.
3. Nothing to be done here. I’ve got to start thinking about programming concepts every now and then. Perhaps lectures too where applicable. But more importantly I’ve kind of focused on where I should be going from here. So much for all the designing I’ve been doing.
4. Nothing to be done on the cricketing front just yet. I should get done with exercising and project 6 pack before I get to this.
5. Its imperative that I get a move on at work before I get a chance to ask for the India trip.
6. Well I tried. Its painful and disappointing. Hopefully things improve.
7. I took a class. Not a bad start. Got to get a move on.
8. Motivation is stronger than ever. There is a world that awaits me.
9. I barely care for this. Perhaps if (6) works out, this might too.
